Ciao! My name is Antonella and I am a Sicilian Personal Travel Designer based in Catania, Sicily. My mission here is to share my knowledge and love for this amazing island of Southern Italy and to help you tailor your dream trip to Sicily.

Such as a “personal trainer”, a personal travel designer is a travel expert that helps you build your trip from the first to the last step, creating your tailor-made holiday which perfectly matches your specific needs and interests.
My deep knowledge of Sicily – and Italy – allows me to design the best itinerary for you, selecting the most reliable and beautiful accommodations, experiences and, last but not least, saving your precious time planning for you a stress-free vacation.

My background
I was born and raised in Sicily until this became too tight for my travel ambitions…So I first spent one year in Valencia (Spain) living the “expat dream” during the Erasmus University project, then, after my first degree, I moved to London in the UK, where I lived for two years.
in 2013 I took a Master’s degree in Tourism Management at London University of Westminster, meanwhile I craved a desire to get back to my Sicily and help travellers from all over the world getting to know this country the way I do!
Once back in Catania, I specialized in the tourism industry, working for 10 years for well known Sicilian Tour Operators, arranging tours and creating itineraries for clients and agencies from UK, USA, AUSTRALIA, SPAIN, FRANCE and NORTHERN EUROPE.
Since 2019, my partner and I own a Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Catania where we enjoy meeting new people from all over the world and sharing with them our tips for their trip to Sicily.
In 2021, I have been officially recognized as Travel Agencies’ General Manager from the Sicilian Region Tourism Departament, being allowed to lead any travel agency in Italy.
